His love for food and making people feel good eating his food brought him to work in the food industry as a chef for many of his early years. His love for the finer things in life brought him to Russia and the eastern block where he fell in love with the Mystique of Caviar. He realized there was a lot of inferior product being sold to people and felt the need to educate people on the available quality and health benefits Caviar possesses.
